How to Purchase Statue of Unity Tickets

Purchasing Tickets

• If you buy tickets in person, you can do so at Shreshth Bharat Bhavan and other offline counters in Ekta Nagar for same-day tickets (no booking is possible). Please be aware that only debit or credit cards are accepted to buy offline tickets.
• The Statue of Unity location is open from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM, so make travel arrangements accordingly.
• To ensure smooth traffic flow, park your cars in the appropriate spots. Group photos are not permitted on the property.

Items that are prohibited

• Personal objects like lighters, pointed-tipped scissors, and toy guns that look realistic.
• Sporting equipment like golf clubs, baseball bats, and bows and arrows.
• Weapons, ammo, and related goods.
• Equipment, tools, and objects for self-defense or martial arts.
• Oxidizing materials, flammable objects, compressed gases, and hazardous chemicals.
• Corrosive and other potentially harmful items.

Payment gateway charges

• Booking tickets using a debit card or net banking is free of additional charges.
• Bookings made with a credit card are also free of additional fees.

Transactions that fail

Call 18002336600 between 8 AM and 6 PM or email support@soutickets.in with a screenshot of the failed transaction and the transaction ID. To receive more help, email support@soutickets.in if your problem has not been fixed after 7 working days.

Additional Details

• Log in to your tickets. Input your mobile number, then follow the instructions under “My Bookings” to access your booked tickets.
• Avoid bringing bags and forbidden items to the Statue of Unity Complex because there are no lockers.
• Food is not permitted inside the compound except for baby food and medications.
• Log in to the website and select “My Bookings” to cancel pre-purchased tickets. For refunds, please adhere to the regular cancellation policy.
• Wait 30 minutes before checking again if your booking status reads “Awaiting Confirmation from the Bank.” Refunds for multiple reservations made within 30 minutes are not available.
